Inainte de a incepe un program de slabire, ia in considerare urmatoarele informatii. Acestea te pot ajuta sa-ti indeplinesti obiectivele: a obtine si a mentine o greutate sanatoasa.<\/p>\n<p>Stabileste obiectivele potrivite<br \/>\nA stabili niste obiective eficace este un prim pas important. Multi oameni care incearca sa slabeasca se concentreaza asupra unui singur obiectiv: slabirea. Totusi, cele mai productive zone pe care sa te concentrezi sunt dieta si schimbarile datorita exercitiului care vor duce la un control al greutatii pe termen lung.<br \/>\nRetine ca obiectivele eficace sunt specifice, realizabile si masurabile. De exemplu, &#8222;sa fac miscare mai multa&#8221; este un obiectiv minunat, dar nu e specific. &#8222;Sa merg pe jos 8 km pe zi&#8221; este specific si masurabil, dar este realizabil daca de-abia incepi? &#8222;Sa merg pe jos 30 de minute pe zi&#8221; este mai usor de realizat, dar ce se intampla daca intr-o zi esti retinut la serviciu si intr-o alta zi porneste o furtuna in timp ce te plimbi? &#8222;Sa merg pe jos 30 de minute, cinci zile pe saptamana&#8221; este specific, realizabil si masurabil.<\/p>\n<p>Recompensa pentru succes (Nu cu mancare!)<br \/>\nRecompensele pe care le poti controla se pot folosi pentru a te incuraja sa atingi obiectivele de controlare a greutatii, mai ales pe cele greu de atins.<br \/>\nO recompensa eficace este ceva dezirabil, oportun si care depinde de atingerea obiectivului. Recompensele pot include destinderea cu un film sau muzica sau sa te invoiesti de la serviciu intr-o dupa-amiaza sau o ora de liniste departe de familie. Retine ca recompensele mici si dese, pentru realizarea unor obiective mai mici, sunt mult mai eficace decat recompensele mari, care necesita un efort dificil si mare.<\/p>\n<p>Cantarirea si notarea (alimentelor)<br \/>\nAceasta inseamna ca trebuie sa-ti monitorizezi felul de a manca prin observarea si tinerea evidentei a unor aspecte din felul tau de manca, ca de exemplu cate calorii consumi pe zi, cate fructe si legume mananci pe zi, cat de des si cat de mult faci miscare, etc., sau un rezultat al acestui comportament: greutatea.<br \/>\nFacand asta poti ajuta intr-adevar sa determini cum faci si ce trebuie sa faci pentru a indeplini obiectivele de control al greutatii tale.<\/p>\n<p>Evitati &#8222;reactia in lant&#8221;<br \/>\nIdentifica acele situatii sociale care tind sa incurajeze consumul nedorit de alimente, si apoi incearca sa eviti sau sa schimbi modul cum actionezi. De exemplu, poti invata ca esti predispus sa mananci mai mult in timp ce te uiti la televizor, sau cand te duci in pauza de cafea la serviciu.<br \/>\nDeci, incearca sa desparti asocierea mancatului de situatia respectiva (nu manca in timp ce te uiti la televizor), evita sau elimina situatia (cand te duci in pauza de cafea, paraseste camera imediat ce ai turnat cafeaua). In general, alimentele accesibile predispun la situatii in care vei manca neplanificat.<\/p>\n<p>Prinde mesajul<br \/>\nSchimbarea modului de a manca poate face sa-ti fie mai usor sa manaci mai putin fara a simti vreo lipsa. Creierului tau ii ia 15 minute sau mai mult sa receptioneze mesajul ca ai mancat. Deci trebuie sa incetinesti viteza cu care mananci. Aceasta va permite ca semnalele de satietate sa inceapa sa se dezvolte pe la sfarsitul mesei. Mancand legume sau fructe poti de asemenea sa te simti mai plin. Un alt truc este sa folosesti farfurii mai mici astfel incat portiile moderate sa nu para saracacioase.
